On the afternoon of November 18th, Mrs Yang, the Chinese procurement representative of a French rooftop solar energy company, visited Shanghai Kuka Special Cable Co., Ltd. to inspect the solar extension cable and BC01 plug harness processing. Our sales manager Tom and senior Salesman Candy accompanied the reception and extended a warm welcome to the customers.

There are two major aspects of this customer inspection. There is no doubt that the solar extension cord is one of the key inspection objects, and the other is the BC01 battery connector European plug wiring harness product. This product is currently a hot product in the European market and is mainly used in Microinverter connection.

Under the leadership of the sales staff, Mrs Yang visited the wire cutting workshop, mold welding production workshop and inspection laboratory of Kuka factory successively. At the first site of production, the merchants carefully observed the production process of the wire drawing workshop, cable forming machine, welding machine and other equipment, and checked the samples. The sales staff explained the specific technical parameters of the products to the visiting merchants in detail. Through the on-site visit, Mrs Yang fully affirmed  strength of Kuka Cable.

Accompanied by candy and tony from the sales department, the customer inspected the production workshop on the spot. The excellent product control ability has been highly evaluated by the customer. The customer fully affirmed the company's research and development capabilities, production capabilities, and management. For the questions raised by customers, Candy has made detailed answers, rich professional knowledge and excellent working ability, leaving a deep impression on customers. After the visit, the French customer and our company had an in-depth discussion on the future cooperation between the two parties and reached a cooperation intention.
