underwater cable joint's Treatment method

        1. Cut the heat shrinkable tube according to the length of the copper tube, but the length is 5 to 10 cm longer than the total length of the copper tube. The purpose is to effectively and completely wrap the joints.

        2. Put the heat shrink tube into the wire. That is, put it on the wire. This is very important. The first step must be performed before wiring. When crimping copper pipes, do not thread them.

        3. Pass the copper tube through the wire and connect both ends of the pre-stripped wire to the copper tube. Please note that the wires of the copper pipe must be bare wires. If the two wires in the copper tube are loose, you can cut off a part of the bare copper wire and insert it into the copper tube.

        4. Use crimping pliers to push the copper tube, first push the center of the copper tube, and then push both ends. You can press a few more positions. If possible, go in the other direction.

        5. After pressing the copper pipe, wrap the insulating tape around the outside of the copper pipe, and evenly wrap the two ends of the copper pipe and the wires. Wrap several layers to achieve insulation and moisture-proof purposes. Finally, pass the heat-shrinkable tube through the wire and move it to the welding position covered with electrical tape.

        6. Use a hot air gun to blow the heat onto the heat shrink tube so that the heat shrink tube is tightly wound on the joint after shrinking.
