Solar cell efficiency may usher in a new breakthrough

In the fourth wave, the industry no longer just pursues high-power components, but focuses on high-power power generation.

In addition to reducing the manufacturing cost of each link, large components can also increase the power of the strings by 30% through low voltage, thereby greatly reducing the cost of LCOE, but at the same time, the outside world often mistakes it as the component’s current increase. At times, hot spots are formed.

Module hot spots are caused by damaged or blocked batteries in the battery pack, thereby limiting the power generation of other normal current batteries. The excess energy of a normal current battery will be consumed by a defective battery or a blocked battery, thereby forming a heating element. Therefore, whether a hot spot occurs depends on the current difference caused by the external shielding situation and the number of faulty batteries. The battery quality level is the core. The heating of the module in the case of a hot spot depends on the circuit of the module product, the setting of the diode, the power in the light string and the size of the battery. There is no direct connection.
