      Purpose: Suitable for all kinds of welding machines, wire feeders, connecting wires and grounding, secondary side wiring of electric welding machines and connecting electric welding tongs.


      1. The full name of the electric welding machine cable is the high-strength rubber-sheathed electric welding machine cable, commonly known as the welding handle wire, which is a kind of YC cable (general rubber-sheathed cable).


      2. Several characteristics of electric welding machine cable:


      (1) YH cable works under low voltage (maximum voltage is 200V) and high current, and requires a certain resistance.


      (2) The long-term allowable working temperature of the welding handle cable should not exceed 65°C.


      (3) The motor leads and cables are often moved, twisted and poured, requiring flexibility and good bending performance.


      (4) It is easy to be scratched and rubbed by sharp steel components during deployment. Therefore, the cable insulation is required to have good mechanical properties such as tear resistance and wear resistance.


      (5) The use environment is complex, such as sunlight, water boiling, contact with muddy water, machine oil, acid and alkali liquids, etc., which require certain weather resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance.


      (6) Sometimes hot welded parts are encountered, and good thermal deformation resistance is required.


      3. It is characterized by low resistance and low voltage. The working voltage is generally 450V~750V.
