      (2) The long-term allowable working temperature of the electric welding machine cable should not exceed 65°C.

      (3) Electric welding machine cables are often moved, twisted and thrown, requiring softness and good bending performance.

      (4) It is easy to be scratched and rubbed by sharp steel components during deployment. Therefore, the cable insulation is required to have good mechanical properties such as tear resistance and wear resistance.

      (5) The use environment is complex, such as sunlight, water boiling, contact with muddy water, machine oil, acid and alkali liquids, etc., which require certain weather resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.

      (6) Sometimes hot welded parts are encountered, and good thermal deformation resistance is required.

      (7) Frequent movement requires small outer diameter and light weight. Due to the low electrical performance of this cable and the complicated use environment, the structure is not suitable for satisfying various complex environmental factors. When using, pay attention to improving the conditions of use to prevent damage from external forces.
