1. Welders must go through special technical training and practical operation, pass the examination and obtain the operation certificate before they can work.
2. Welders should wear canvas overalls and work caps. Tops are not allowed to be worn in pants. The pockets must be well covered and the feet must have shoe covers.
3. The housing and workbench of the fixed or mobile welding machine must be well grounded, and the power supply should be assembled and disassembled by electricians. Place it steadily to avoid vibration and collision. The location should be well ventilated, dry and rainproof.
4. The exposed conductive parts and rotating parts of the welding machine, as well as the cooling fan, should be equipped with a protective cover. The electric welding machine must be equipped with a leakage protector, and the rated leakage action should be less than 0.1S.
5. The welding machine should be blown frequently to keep it clean. Places with corrosive gas and conductive dust must be isolated and maintained.
6. The welding machine should be equipped with a separate switch. The switch should be placed in the rain-proof door box. Wear gloves when pulling and closing, and operate from the side.
7. The welder should check the welding equipment before closing. The shell is well grounded, and the lead wire is damaged, short-circuited or poorly contacted.
