The construction site and underground equipment of the solar photovoltaic cable project mainly include on-site roads, cable trenches, underground water supply, and drainage pipes, and rainwater drainage equipment.
1) The key points of quality control of the road in the field
Generally, the road in the design site is 4m-6m concrete or asphalt pavement, but attention should be paid to the material mix ratio and compaction coefficient of the roadbed, as well as the concrete mix ratio, elevation, slope, and slump during construction.
2) The quality control points of cable trench construction
In photovoltaic power generation projects, the excavation position, depth, and width of the cable trench, as well as the width and thickness of the bottom layer of the trench must meet the design requirements. The pre-embedded support of the cable trench should be completed in the process of masonry, and it is not allowed to dig a hole for pre-embedding to avoid damaging the trench wall. The cable trench cover shall be manufactured according to the specifications, quantity, and binding quality of the steel bars, and concrete can be injected only after meeting the requirements. After the cable laying is completed, the supervision engineer shall require the construction personnel to clean up the debris in the trench in time and cover the cover. The reserved holes and cover joints of the cable trench shall require the construction unit to do a good job of waterproofing, so as to prevent rainwater and stagnant water from pouring into the trench and causing safety hazards.
3) Key points for quality control of drainage pipeline construction
Before the construction of the water supply and drainage pipeline, it should be checked whether the cable material specification, model, and quantity can meet the design requirements. Whether there is a factory certificate and quality certification documents. Observe whether there are cracks in the appearance of the solar cable. Qualified pipes and accessories shall be required to be declared by the construction unit in time, and can be used only after the approval of the supervising engineer. After the water supply pipeline is installed, the water pressure test must be stopped within the specified time. The test pressure should be stopped according to the design or standard requirements. After the test is passed, the trench backfilling can be stopped. When installing drainpipes and rainwater pipes, pay special attention to the inclination of the installation. After the device is completed, the water-filled and closed-water experiments should be stopped, and the nozzle should be temporarily sealed after passing the test to prevent rainwater and sludge from clogging the pipe. When constructing the catchment well, it should be 20-50mm below the sky above the site. When constructing rainwater wells, the slope around the rainwater inlet is about 3% to 5%. When the design requires it, the acceptance shall be stopped according to the design requirements.
