Determine the wiring method of the solar cell module according to the design drawing, and the wiring of the solar cell module should meet the requirements of the design drawing. Multi-strand copper core wire is used for wiring, and the wire ends should be tinned before wiring. Be careful not to connect the positive and negative poles reversely when wiring, and make sure that the wiring is correct. After each string of solar cell modules is connected, check whether the open circuit voltage of the solar cell module string is correct. After the connection is correct, disconnect the wiring of the solar cell module to ensure the safe operation of the subsequent process. Connect the solar cell module to the connecting cable of the controller, and the metal armor of the cable should be grounded.

  According to the design requirements of series and parallel solar cell array modules, the positive and negative plates of the modules are connected by cables. For solar cell modules with connecting wires and connectors directly in the junction box, the connectors are marked with positive and negative polarity and can be directly inserted into the connector plug. After connecting the cable, fix the cable on the bracket with a strap, steel wire clamp, etc., to prevent long-term wind and shaking from causing the cable to wear or contact poorly.
